The 40th European Brewery Convention Congress (EBC 2026) aims to bring together brewing and malting specialists for technical and scientific presentations in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The event targets academics from universities, research institutes, breweries of all sizes, and sector suppliers. The congress, which will take place at the Postillion WTC conference centre, will include a call for abstracts and an accompanying trade show. The organization is conducted by the EBC, an integral part of The Brewers of Europe.
