Jointly convened by the European University Institute and the Central European Political Science Association, this conference explores political, social, and economic transformations in Central and Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans amidst global geopolitical uncertainty. Taking place in Florence, the event will discuss issues such as European security, geo-economic interests, the crisis of values under illiberalism, and the reconfiguration of the East-West divide. The conference targets scholars, researchers, and practitioners, and a call for papers has been issued.
